A Great Awakening (Home Video)
A British evangelist befriends an American Founding Father, helping spark a historic revival and stir the early flames of revolution. The film recounts the true story of the friendship between George Whitefield and skeptic Benjamin Franklin, a printer and publisher who helped spread the word of Whitefield – it sold newspapers, after all – while apparently remaining unconvinced by his message. A Great Awakening was the second film from Sight & Sound Films – and their best one yet. Rated PG-13 for brief violence
Babe (Prime Video)
A piglet raised among sheepdogs discovers he has a surprising gift for herding sheep and dreams of becoming more than just another farm animal. As he wins over skeptical animals and humans alike, this piglet – “Babe” – learns that kindness and determination can accomplish what strength alone cannot. This charming 1995 film was nominated for seven Oscars, winning one (Best Visual Effects). Rated G.
Babe: Pig in the City (Prime Video)
The lovable piglet named Babe journeys to the big city after a mishap threatens the future of the family farm. In a crowded metropolis far removed from the countryside, Babe finds himself among an unlikely band of animals and outcasts – using his gentle nature to deliver hope amid the chaos. Rated G.

Despicable Me 4 (Prime Video)
Our favorite villain-turned-hero, Gru, is forced to relocate his family and assume a new identity after a dangerous escaped criminal vows revenge against him. While adjusting to life in a strange town, Gru also struggles to connect with his stubborn newborn son, who seems determined to keep his distance from dad. It’s a film that continues its themes of second chances and the importance of family. Rated PG for action and rude humor.
The First Hymn (Wonder Project)
The history of a 1,800-year-old Christian hymn is traced in this gripping documentary, which follows the journey of a parchment fragment known in the academic world as P.Oxy 1786 to its transformation into a modern worship song. The film follows Chris Tomlin and Ben Fielding as they revive the oldest known Christian song with both its lyrics and musical notation intact, culminating in a worship gathering where thousands sing a melody rooted in the third century A.D.

GOAT (Netflix)
A small goat named Will dreams of playing professional “roarball,” a fast-paced, full-contact sport dominated by larger, more powerful animals – but is constantly told he’s too small to compete at the highest level. When he gets a once-in-a-lifetime chance to join the pros, Will must overcome bullying and prove that “smalls can ball” – helping transform his struggling team through perseverance, teamwork, and belief in himself. This fun animated film was partially inspired by the life of Steph Curry, who served as a producer. Rated PG for some rude humor and brief mild language (nothing more than “gosh” and “dang”). May 14.
County Rescue, Season 3 (Great American Family)
A team of EMTs and paramedics must navigate high-pressure emergency calls while also dealing with personal struggles, relationships, and questions of faith. In Season 3, the first responders continue facing life-and-death challenges on the job as tensions, romance, and spiritual questions test the tight-knit team. It stars Julia Reilly, Riley Hough, and Brett Varvel. TV-PG. Season 3 Premieres May 17.
