PUEBLO, Colo. — A musical therapist is spreading a little bit of joy to assisted living residents isolated by the coronavirus pandemic. The Pueblo Chieftain reports Becky Bressan contacted the Brookdale El Camino facility with an offer of inspiration and elevation. She recently sang and played guitar in the parking lot of the building in Pueblo as residents listened from their windows. Bressan has adapted to restrictions by bringing her therapy to patients by whatever means necessary. That could be singing from a parking lot or courtyard, strolling from window to window troubadour-style or engaging through tele-visits. One resident at Brookdale El Camino said her singing made him feel like he was home again.
