The Day the Music Died... Feb 7, 2026 - HR 1

Since 1991, my Restaurant Shows have entertained people all along the Front Range on radio and television. The shows offer a knowledgeable, yet lighthearted, look at the ever changing restaurant scene throughout the Denver metropolitan area and Colorado Springs.

The shows occasionally venture into other areas like travel, movies, books, and sports. Groups of listeners also join me throughout the year for enjoyable vacations to places like Hawaii, Mexico, the Caribbean, and more. Authors interviewed include Sean Hannity, Newt Gingrich, Gordon Liddy and novelists such as Michael Connelly, Steve Berry, Janet Evanovich, Alex Berenson, and many more.

Mike commemorates the anniversary of "The Day the Music Died" - when Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, and Ritchie Valens died, too young, in a plane crash. Later Mike talks about the new Jeff and Bill show, the Lincoln Lawyer, and Mike's contest.
