Children's Hospital of Colorado reports a 185% increase in traumatic E-Bike injuries to kids from 20204 to 2025 and they have already passed that total number of injuries this year.  Jeff, Bill, and callers discuss kids and E-Bikes.  To decrease the number of severe injuries, what should we do?

Initiative 195 would change Colorado from a flat tax to a graduated tax structure.  This means higher income earners would pay a larger % of their income in taxes.  State Senator Barb Kirkmyer says not so fast, there is a lot of wiggle room in this initiative that can lead to much of Colorado paying higher taxes.  She joins Jeff and Bill to walk you through how your tax bill can increase even if you are in the bottom 50% of earners in Colorado and how the excess revenue will be a slush fund for those in charge.

Sunday afternoon hundreds of teens gathered at an Aurora shopping center.  Things got out of hand with the kids disrupting local businesses.  There was vandalism and shoplifting that necessitated 70 Auror Officers respond to the chaos.  Former Aurora City Councilwoman Danielle Jurinsky joins Jeff and Bill to react to the gathering and more.

Meta has settled a lawsuit that claimed they manipulated the algorithm to hook kids on social media.   Colorado is getting $615M from the $17B Meta settlement, wand A.G.
