A snowboarder injured at Breckenridge has his lawsuit dismissed by the Colorado Supreme Court because the victim purchased another Epic Pass during the legal process.  The terms and conditions of the Epic Pass absolve the resort owners from any injuries past or present.  Jeff, Bill, calls, and texts talk about how everyone ignore the Terms and Conditions, and that is the point

Former Colorado lawmaker and teacher Tim Hernadez went to Cuba recently and said it's not that bad and it's America's fault the nation is suffering.  Is he right?  Jeff and Bill welcome Daira Barakat a Cuban Refugee.  Barakat outlines growing up in the Communist nation and trying to escape at the age of 7.  They did not make it.  Her family got picked up by the Cuban Coast Guard.  What happened and how did she and her family arrive in America? 

Nikole Hannah-Jones, creator of the 1619 project says she chose the wrong school for her child.  In a new essay Hannah-Jones writes she is overcome with regret after sending her daughter to an underachieving public school on purpose.  He 16-year-old daughter now says she did not get the education she wanted.  Jeff, Bill, calls and texts discuss the choice Hannah-Jones made, the role of school choice, and per student funding.  

As we debate stopping the twice a year time shift, Ski Areas say permanent Daylight Savings Time will hurt business. Jeff, Bill, call, and texts debate the permanent time change.  The resorts say the sun rising later would force crew to prep the mountain in the dark, putting crews at risk and it could shorten the ski day.  

Rep. Brandi Bradley joins Jeff and Bill to outline the issues behind an investigation by the Colorado House's workplace harassment committee. What are the charges and what is Brabdi's side of the story? Rep. Bradley says the committee did not follow the correct process and violated her rights by making the findings public.  

Rep. Boebert is Live and responds to a sworn ethics complaint alleging romantic and sexual relationships between her and staff members.  Do you know WHY filed this compliant?  Rep. Boebert shares with Jeff and Bill, the many who filed the complaint has spent years harassing her.  So much so she had to get a temporary restraining order filed in the past against him.  

Colorado will have a $1.5B shortfall for the 27/28 fiscal year.  Most of the growth comes from Medicaid.  Recently Medicaid cost the state and extra $158M.  That is forecasted to grow to $445M in 2027.  Jeff, Bill, and callers debate how to control costs and get the budget in order.  Is there a solution?
